Our deepest longings are callings from God to seek Him.

My name is Janet. I help people of faith follow the God-given longing in your soul to seek God – to know Him and be known – by learning how to enter a right relationship with Jesus Christ and to live out your faith every day.

The Rest Your Soul Was Made For

Good things don’t have to be hard work. Here, you’ll do the work of “unwork” – planning rest, reflection, and reconnection for yourself and anyone you live with. Sabbath  is the soul work that feeds the other areas of your life. Download “Design Your Best Sabbath Ever Workbook” to get started.

What matters most?

Let me ask you a question: What matters most? The answer to this question will change your life.

When everything seems most important, we struggle with overwhelm and discouragement because we don’t know where to focus. We feel scattered, our hearts divided. But on the throne of your soul, only one King sits.

The purpose of our lives is to know God and grow in our relationship with Him, to bring Him glory, honor, and worship, and deeply enjoy Him.

When we understand what matters most, we shrug off the soul overwhelm of focusing everywhere and nowhere and set our hearts to pursue Jesus. All else – both the really important stuff and the mundane – settles in its proper place behind Him.
